# Paradox: the personal site of Jiawei Lu > UX Consultant and Design Educator. Doctorate in Design from the College of Design and Innovation, Tongji University. Advises companies such as Huawei, Xiaomi, and BMW on design strategy, research, and innovation; lectures at the School of Arts, Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences. Open to consulting, advisory engagements, talks, workshops, and teaching.
